Dan is celebrating his 29th year as Commercial Real Estate Agent In Columbus Market. The prestigious LEED AP O+M (subspecialty in Operations and Maintenance) designation, held by only 2,943 professionals worldwide. Dan’s clients benefit from a unique understanding of the intricacies of successful Real Estate after the sale or Lease.  Dan has managed a verity of post-sale and lease, building projects including energy retrofits, rebate acquisition, HVAC & building controls installations, and operating cost control analyses and implementation.   

Along with environmental and operational experience, Dan’s background includes Identifying properties pre-development, shepherding these properties through the pre-development approval process including zoning, planning commissions and other governing bodies. The major focus of this experience was on the affordable housing market. Dan directly developed or sold more than 2,000 acres totaling 1,000 single family lots, 2,300 apartment units and 100,000 feet of downtown office space with total finished project costs over $100,000,000.
