Theresa Flais,
Director of Property Management

As a Property Manager with RS Garek Associates, Theresa is an instrumental component to the successful operation of the RS Garek real estate portfolio. During the past nineteen years, Theresa has gathered a wealth of knowledge working for Columbus area commercial and residential real estate companies. Her wide range of involvement has enriched her problem solving skills and made her effective in emergency management. Theresa is also active in teaching acting and voice lessons, and has written and produced over 35 plays.
